Rubber chippings bring another dimension to window dressing

We were asked by a client to deliver our 20mm rubber chippings for use in a window display. The colour requirement was pink!

As you can see from the image below, the result is really quite impactful and impressive!

There are a number of real benefits to using our recycled rubber chippings as a visual merchandising prop, as follows.

• The chippings are also available as a 1-4mm crumb version.

We also have a number of theatre clients who use our grey, green and terracotta chippings to act as soil, gravel and grass. Again, the key benefit lies in the lightweight and reusable nature of the product.

Our rubber chippings come in a handy 20kg bag, or in a large 500kg bulk bag, and we also have a new range for the smaller projects such as floral displays and this is called Terra Hevea and comes in 10 different colours. The Terra Hevea rage is available in 200g and 1kg jars.

Recycling is at the heart of all we do

Our products range from the commercial retail industry, through children’s play areas right through to equestrian arena surfacing and garden landscaping which proves just how versatile they are. Every product we make comes from the automotive rubber and used vehicle tyre industry, which is one of the most difficult to dispose materials on the planet.

Here at Safer Surfacing, and with the help of our sister company Endurmeta, we collect used tyres and automotive rubber and recycle them into usable products right here in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.
